Improv Embroidery with Carol Cooke - 15th & 16th May 2024

Join us for a two-day embroidery journey that goes beyond traditional techniques. We'll start by experimenting and painting/marking fabric, turning it into a canvas that captures your creativity. Then, we'll use embroidery stitches to embellish and create a personal narrative.

This isn't just about creating for display—it's about sparking creativity. You'll craft a contemplation cloth and a beautiful stitch cloth book to take home, exploring new realms of imagination beyond commercial patterns. Leave with not just creations, but new techniques and confidence to continue your stitching journey at home.

As a bonus, discover how to turn the white thread into vibrant colours for unique embroidery.
