In this class you'll make a completed Box Top using the pattern by Jo of Frankie & Ray. This pattern is for a simple, yet flattering top that drapes beautifully on the body, and is bound to become a wardrobe staple. A perfect alternative to a tee, it makes a great base for layering, or on it's own for warmer weather.
A simple hack of the pattern can be used to make either a dress or tunic top with a gathered skirt, all made to your preferences for length of the bodice and skirt.
Jo will guide you through all stages of making from choosing the best size and Liberty fabric, cutting, and any modifications, making this class perfect for beginner sewers to those more experienced.
Jo believes in empowering women by building confidence in sewing. A belief that sewing garments in simple designs that suit and flatter give confidence and choice, and that good quality fabric is important in creating garments that are lovely to wear for many years to come.
This class is designed to cater for beginners who have a familiarity with their own sewing machine with some basic experience.
