Master zips and take home decor to the next level in this wonderful beginners class where you will walk away with your very own throw cushion.  This class focuses on demystifying the all intimidating zip but covers other invaluable skills including: fabric selection, preparing fabric, measuring and cutting and finishing off seams.

Some sewing experience is beneficial.  We recommend completing our Beginners Basics Pillowcase workshop if you are an absolute beginner before attempting this one.

We recommend a heavy weight cotton or linen for this project.  

For cushion insert 45cm x 45cm you will need 50cm (110cm width) of fabric
For cushion insert 50cm x 50cm you will need 55cm (110cm width) of fabric.
For cushion insert 55cm x 55cm you will need 60cm (140cm width) of fabric.
