AM029: Dreamweaver 2 day Workshop with Michelle McKillop

In this two part workshop, Michelle McKillop will guide you through the construction of her intricate Dreamweaver quilt. The Dreamweaver is an involved design, incorporating several different techniques including machine piecing, hand piecing, applique and bias stems.  The workshop is scheduled 5 weeks apart to give participants enough time to complete their background before the dreamweaver can be appliqued. Day 1 will get you started on the background piecing (to be completed prior to the next class) and also the piecing of the centre of the dreamweaver.  Day 2 is applique and putting it all together.

There are many different options for creating your own Dreamweaver, from colour choices to construction method. Michelle will guide you through whatever technique you are most comfortable with or suggest new ways of creating.

Sewing Machine is required: As each machine is different, please ensure you have a good working knowledge of your own machine. We recommend bringing your manual to class.
