AM023: The Frankie and Ray "Box Top" with Jo Dunsmuir
In this class you will make the simple, yet flattering Box Top using the Frankie and Ray pattern by Jo Dunsmuir. The top drapes beautifully on the body and is bound to become a wardrobe staple. The perfect alternative to a tee, it makes a great base for layering, or on it's own for warmer weather.
A simple hack of the pattern can be used to make either a dress or tunic top with a gathered skirt, all made to your preferences for length of bodice and skirt.
Jo will guide you through all stages of creating the top; from choosing the best size and fabric, cutting, and any modifications. This class is perfect for beginners to the more experienced. Basic sewing experience is necessary. **Pattern Included. Class Participants enjoy 10% discount instore on the day of your class.

Requirements:
Sewing machine, pins, scissors, seam unpicker, 15mm bias tape for neckline and sewing thread.
Fabric requirements for Top only:
Extra Small/Small- 1 metre;
Small/Medium/Large/Extra Large - 1.5 metres.
*Extra fabric is required for the dress or tunic, this will be calculated in class.
